Position: Marketing & Events Intern
Location: Remote/On-site Sydney
Type: Part-time (atleast 5 to 6 hours per week)
Remuneration: This is an unpaid/volunteer position
Your role
Ready to add your sparkle? As our Marketing & Events Intern, you’ll play a big part in growing our community and making ketch-Up a go-to space for women.
Here’s what you’ll be up to:
Facebook Community Magic:

Keep our Facebook buzzing with 3–4 daily posts.

Join and engage in relevant groups to spread the ketch-Up love and boost our visibility.
Content Wizardry:

Create eye-catching posts and reels with Canva or CapCut.

Design content that’s fresh, fun and relatable for our audience (women 22 and above)
Email Connection:
-
Grow our email subscriber list and keep it neatly organised
-
Automate emails in the workflow
-
Create Event pages on Wix for our meetups
Organic Growth:
-
Collaborate with the team on unique campaign ideas
-
Bring your creativity to brainstorm exciting ways to grow
Performance Analysis:

Track, analyse and share monthly insights on how we’re doing.
Influencer Collaborations:

Partner with influencers and thought leaders passionate about women empowerment and community building.
What You Bring:
-
Writing and editing skills.
-
1+ year of experience in community management or social media marketing (especially Facebook).

Canva or CapCut skills for creating scroll-stopping content.

Website management on Wix and email automation
-
A multitasker who loves a good to-do list.

Professional, organised and excited to contribute to a growing startup.
